Mrs. Lyubov Stepanivna

Latin is the language of books and medicine, full of mystery and beautiful expressions. It is a language mastered by Lyubov Stepanivna, who once taught it at the institute and made it a favorite discipline among students in Vinnytsia. After moving to Chervonograd, she worked in a school and the education department, where she also built excellent relationships. She jokes that there is no secret; it’s all about respect for people, as she always addressed even her students formally.

Besides her students, Mrs. Lyubov always loved traveling around Ukraine. She noted, “We are lucky to live in a country where we have both the sea, fields, and mountains simultaneously. Others have to visit several countries to see all of that, while we have it all in one.”

Today, due to her age, Mrs. Lyubov doesn’t travel far, but she found a new hobby she takes great pride in. She tends to her garden, where she grows beautiful grapes, a treat she shares with her guests.

Our partners—social workers from “Caritas Kramatorsk”—brought her a treat, namely a food package from our “Starenki” foundation, and she was incredibly pleased with this assistance.
