Continued providing urgent assistance to elderly people in the Sumy region in collaboration with our partner Caritas Sumy.
Began the financial audit for 2023.
Actively worked with partners and donors to plan further cooperation.
Yulia Fituni, co-founder of the Fund and head of the volunteer department, visited colleagues from Niciodată Singur in Romania to exchange experiences on working with elderly people and volunteers in the aging sector.
Met with elderly people in Kyiv who participated in an international conference on rebuilding society for all age groups in Ukraine. Gathered feedback on the event and planned to involve active seniors in the Fund’s projects.
Attended a volunteer management workshop in Lviv organized by the Ukrainian Volunteer Service.
Our team spent a few days in the Carpathians to recharge for new projects.
Welcomed a new team member to strengthen our organizational capacity.
Shared self-support tips during volunteering with the Starenki community.
Actively shared experiences with colleagues from the public sector: co-founder Varvara Tertyshna and director Maria Novokshchenova conducted a webinar on organizational development for public sector colleagues, and co-founder Anna Vereshchak gave a lecture and shared her experience on building organizational development strategies for the RescueNow Incubator project.
