Recently, Starenki organized an intimate event, gathering coordinators and the most active volunteers of Kyiv for communication, networking, and mutual support. We believe that such gatherings are crucial morale boosters at this time, so we strive to maintain warm contact with the community and coordinators of deliveries through events like these. It all started with team-building, where we got to know each other in an interactive format. One of the interactive tasks was to silently line up according to the number of activities in the Fund.

We also talked with our colleague from the volunteer wing, Veronika, about the importance of three types of volunteering in Starenki, and our CEO, Varvara, talked about the year 2023 and important figures, revealed the mission of the Fund’s activities – what we do it all for, and also shared our goals.
Closer to the end, we rewarded Starenki coordinators with thanks amid applause from those present, and also handed out gifts from the Fund to the guests. The party was very atmospheric and inspiring for both the guests and our team. Thanks to all volunteers for their contribution and involvement in our mission – with you, we can do more.
