During the month, we helped elderly in 18 settlements! In Kyiv and Dnipro, deliveries were made by our volunteers, and in Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil and the villages, we helped together with Caritas Ukraine.
During the month, 2,706 elderly received help.
44 volunteers participated in the delivery of aid and events for the recipients.
We are very grateful to UAnimals for donating food for the pets in Dnipro! Cats and dogs dilute the loneliness of elderly.
For the first time, we made a delivery for food assistance for elderly in Sumy!
We continue to cooperate with the Ukrainian Volunteer Service regarding targeted assistance to old people who are in trouble because of the war. During July, 171 elderly received food aid and medicine.
A new batch has been shipped, it is about 15 tons of food in Dnipro, Poltava and Boryslav. There we help elderly citizens together with our partners Caritas Ukraine.
85 people of elegant age rejoiced! After all, last month the our coordinator Valeriia Kobets took charge of the foundation’s tea party and held a very rich program for the old ladies and gentlemen! Live driving music, delicious treats from bakeries, attention from volunteers and many gifts for elderly – from chocolates to cups!
Nappies and diapers for adults were handed over to the Dnipro.
Friends of Ukraine from Italy held a fundraising campaign for Ukrainian old women in Venice. The campaign was called “Ukraine’s Helping Hand” – Una mano All’Ukraina. Thanks to all the participants and the initiator Tommaso Serantoni!

The Association of Solar Energy of Chile (ACESOL) held the campaign “Plant a tree and give hope to Ukraine”. The participants made contributions, a quarter of which went to the tree, and the rest to help various Ukrainian organizations, including ours.
